  • Images and client information are stored securely on password-protected devices and/or encrypted cloud storage.
  • Photographs are kept for twenty-four months / two years after delivery, unless agreed otherwise.
  • While I take steps to protect your data, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

You have the right to:

  • Access the information I hold about you.
  • Request corrections or updates to your details.
  • Request deletion of personal data where legally permissible.
  • Opt out of marketing use of your images (must be requested in writing).
